Say "No" To The Water Rate Increase

Village of Hamel and Bond Madison Water Company do not support Illinois
American Water's current request for a rate increase. You can help by

website. Go to docket # 07-0507 and post a comment to let the ICC know
you don't support another water rate increase.

Rabies Vaccinations for Cats
and Dogs
Rabies vaccinations will be offered at the Village Hall
on Wednesday, May 14th from 5 to 7 pm. The cost is $15. The vaccinations
will be provided by Bethalto Animal Hospital.

Village Board Meeting Date Changes
The Village of Hamel's regular monthly Board Meeting has been changed
from the first Tuesday of the month to the second Tuesday of the month.
The January board meeting for the Village of Hamel will take place
on Tuesday, January 8th at 7 pm. The Village Board made this change
to allow for more time to prepare for each meeting.
