Route 66 Motor Club Tour

Each year in mid-June, the Illinois Route 66 Mototr Club tours its way through Hamel, returning to a day back in time. These folk still stop to enjoy one of the many landmarks, such as Tourist Haven Restaurant and Hotel, now known as Scotty's Old Route 66 Restaurant & Bar, to enjoy a bite to eat and an ice cold drink, meet friendly folks, see the vintage model cars, or maybe kick back and reminisce about Route 66.
